We'd be happy to send you a copy of our full Terms and Conditions. Weekly bookings usually start on Friday or Saturday - but we can be flexible sometimes. And if there's no-one else in the villa before or after you arrive - we'd be delighted to let you in early/let you leave late . . . let's just chat about your arrival/departure times.

* Optional extra of £25/day to heat the pool.

For 2025 onwards I am having to adapt my plans for the heating of the pool given the exponential increase in the electricity charges in Spain. Hence I will be offering pool heating as an Optional Extra of £175/week or £25/day for visitors 1 April - 13 June and 1 - 31 October. If this optional extra is taken, the pool will be heated to 28 degrees. A cover will be available which you will need to use as frequently as possible, especially each night, in order to maintain this temperature. If the cover is not used, we cannot guarantee this temperature. Heating is often not necessary in June and not necessary for the rest of the summer season.
